Johnny Fuller, our Owner and CEO, holds a bachelor’s degree from Dallas Baptist University and a master’s degree from University of North Texas. Driven by a deep passion for supporting music ministries, Johnny founded the New Life Symphony Orchestra (NLSO) in 2002, a non-profit organization dedicated to advancing music ministry and sending musicians annually on international mission trips.

 

To sustainably fund the NLSO’s mission, Johnny began investing in institutional-grade, multi-family properties located in prime, high-demand markets. By targeting A+ markets with strong economic fundamentals and significant potential for long-term value appreciation, he built a portfolio that delivers consistent returns and sustainable growth.

 

The inception of Johnny Fuller Enterprises was inspired by an NLSO musician who sought a way to replicate his real estate success without taking on the associated risks. In response, Johnny developed a private lending model that allows individuals to enjoy the financial benefits of real estate investing while minimizing exposure to risk. Through this innovative approach, lenders earn monthly interest payments while their funds are borrowed, and they continue receiving cash flow even after the loan is repaid—making this one of the most creative and rewarding lending strategies in the market.
